Awards
• 5 awards will be granted by the Scientific Committee: Best Oral Poster, Best Oral Presentation, Best Video Presentation (including case reports), ENTOG and the Popularity Award (voted off by the participants themselves).
• Award winners will receive complimentary registration to the next EBCOG Congress 2020 in Bergen (Norway).
• Award winners must be present at the Closing Ceremony in order to receive their award. If the main author or co-authors are not present, they will lose the right to receive the award in any form.
General information
- The organisers are entitled to publish all accepted abstracts. No modifications will be possible.
- Abstract acceptance will be sent to the email of the contact author.
- A team can present as many abstracts as they wish to, but we limit acceptance to 2 abstracts by presenter. For example: if an author would submit ONE accepted abstract, it would be acceptable to present ONE abstract as co-author at the congress, if asked to do so by the main author
- A co-author is not limited in the number of submitted abstracts that he/she takes part in
- Registration to the Congress of the presenting author will be required upon notification of abstract acceptance
- All accepted abstracts will be published in the European Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology following the Congress
- All accepted abstracts will be invited to orally present at the Congress (there is no option for paper or e-poster presentation)
- All accepted abstracts will fall into one of these categories:
. Selected Oral Poster (general or basic science: 3-minute presentation)
. Selected Oral Presentation (general or basic science: 8-minute presentation)
. Multidisciplinary Oral Presentation (Radiology, Paediatrics, Anaesthesiology, Pathology, Laboratory Medicine, Urology, Other: 3-minute presentation)
. General Video Presentation (4-minute video)
. Surgical/Obstetrical/Imaging Technique Video (4-minute video)
. Case Report Video Slide Show (3-minute video)
