General information about type of presentation
--> The Paris Congress will be innovative in many ways and it intends to be very interactive and also include many video presentations instead of the classical e-posters. There will be several types of videos: general and technique for example (obstetrical/imaging/surgical).
The duration will be indeed 3 minutes. The abstract should be adapted to the classical format, which means that you would have to include the case in the methods section indeed.
--> If your abstract is accepted, you will have to upload a 3 minute video without sound into our platform before the Congress. You can do it in any of the usual file types, such as mpeg. The rest is up to your imagination. If you do have a short clip from a surgery or a delivery, you are of course welcome to include it. If you only have classical power point slides, then you can just convert them into a 3-min video (for example showing each slide for 20 or 30 seconds). You can use a program like imovie to do so for example.
--> A given time and place to present the video will be awarded to you by the organization and you are expected to be there and answer any questions that may arise. Only you or one co-author are accepted to present the video. Each person may only present 2 times throughout the Congress (either as author or co-author). Only if the video is presented will the abstract be accepted for publication in the EJOG.

Firefox 3.6.
It might also be caused by download restrictions if you submit from your hospital/institute. Security rules might block our system & javascripts as they estimate it is a danger and some functions of our system disappear.
Therefore, we invite you to try to submit using another Internet access.
