  • Cancellation policy

    • Cancellation should be notified in writing by e-mail to Europa Organisation
    • Cancellation received until 8 December 2017: a fee of 100 Euros will be charged between 9 December 2017 and 8 February 2018: 50% penalties
    • Cancellation received after 8 February 2018: no refund

    A fee of 150 Euros will be charged for any name change before the congress
